General Payment Terms
We offer various payment options...

Reservation
You pay a non-refundable deposit of 2% of the purchase price of the house to reserve it.
This deposit is payable on acceptance of your completed application forms. We would hold the property for you for a period of 1 month. After the period, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation unless we hear from you prior to the end of the period.

Mortgage 
We provide you with all documentation required to facilitate and also assist you with your mortgage application to institutions in Ghana who provide mortgage facilities.

Generally, loans are a percentage of the value of the property and applicants will be required to make a minimum down payment. See links for the information on some of the mortgage providers.

Direct Staged Payment
1. 40% initial deposit (payable within a week of acceptance, less the 2% reservation fee).
2. 40% is paid at roofing (payable within a week of notice of roofing).
3. 20% on completion (payable within a week of notice of completion).

Outright Purchase
We also offer outright purchase of properties.

 

Delivery time Delivery is actually between 6-8months.
